faith_n so_o likewise_o when_o he_o come_v to_o offer_v his_o son_n here_o in_o the_o perfection_n of_o his_o faith_n be_v see_v and_o belove_a by_o this_o you_o may_v know_v whether_o your_o heart_n be_v right_a if_o you_o suffer_v every_o grace_n to_o have_v its_o perfect_a work_n when_o your_o faith_n do_v not_o pick_v and_o choose_v and_o take_v here_o a_o promise_n and_o leave_v there_o another_o here_o to_o believe_v a_o threaten_a another_o not_o to_o believe_v here_o to_o take_v hold_n on_o a_o commandment_n to_o believe_v that_o this_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n in_o another_o case_n not_o to_o believe_v for_o so_o do_v be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o unsound_a heart_n if_o you_o object_n object_n but_o faith_n many_o time_n have_v not_o a_o perfect_a work_n in_o the_o saint_n as_o moses_n at_o the_o water_n of_o strife_n say_v the_o text_n he_o fail_v through_o unbelief_n and_o again_o david_n when_o he_o flee_v from_o saul_n to_o achis_n we_o see_v his_o faith_n there_o have_v not_o its_o perfect_a work_n so_o likewise_o peter_n when_o the_o wave_n begin_v to_o arise_v to_o swell_v and_o he_o begin_v to_o sink_v his_o faith_n have_v not_o a_o perfect_a work_n to_o peter_n at_o that_o time_n now_o you_o know_v a_o man_n may_v be_v say_v to_o have_v a_o perfect_a eye_n and_o yet_o for_o all_o that_o in_o a_o mist_n he_o may_v not_o be_v able_a to_o see_v as_o at_o other_o time_n and_o a_o man_n may_v be_v say_v to_o have_v a_o perfect_a hand_n and_o yet_o a_o fit_a of_o a_o palsy_n may_v make_v it_o shake_v and_o make_v it_o unfit_a for_o any_o thing_n so_o a_o man_n may_v have_v a_o perfect_a taste_n able_a to_o distinguish_v one_o thing_n from_o another_o yet_o when_o he_o be_v in_o a_o ague_n in_o such_o a_o fit_a he_o take_v thing_n amiss_o thing_n that_o be_v wholesome_a seem_v bitter_a to_o he_o so_o in_o the_o grace_n of_o the_o spirit_n there_o may_v be_v sometime_o much_o imperfection_n admit_v when_o a_o man_n be_v in_o the_o mist_n when_o he_o be_v in_o the_o fit_a when_o some_o distemper_n some_o passion_n or_o affection_n have_v overcast_v and_o overcloud_v the_o soul_n as_o it_o be_v and_o possess_v he_o pallate_n these_o may_v be_v defect_n and_o yet_o the_o grace_n may_v be_v perfect_a but_o you_o shall_v know_v it_o by_o this_o ordinary_o it_o be_v not_o so_o it_o be_v but_o by_o accident_n and_o therefore_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v but_o now_o and_o then_o and_o as_o we_o say_v of_o the_o grace_n of_o faith_n so_o to_o give_v you_o another_o instance_n truth_n or_o the_o knowledge_n of_o truth_n this_o can_v give_v he_o i_o from_o a_o dead_a womb_n at_o first_o we_o see_v that_o god_n upon_o this_o renew_v the_o covenant_n again_o and_o renew_v it_o with_o a_o oath_n sure_a say_v he_o i_o will_v perform_v my_o covenant_n since_o i_o see_v that_o thou_o believe_v and_o fear_v i_o and_o prefer_v i_o before_o thy_o only_a son_n these_o be_v but_o the_o concomitant_n of_o his_o faith_n so_o my_o belove_a it_o be_v this_o act_n of_o abraham_n by_o which_o he_o do_v believe_v the_o promise_n of_o god_n that_o make_v he_o partaker_n of_o the_o covenant_n and_o if_o you_o ask_v now_o what_o be_v the_o condition_n that_o make_v every_o man_n partaker_n of_o this_o covenant_n of_o grace_n it_o be_v nothing_o but_o only_a faith_n ability_n to_o believe_v it_o that_o god_n will_v send_v such_o way_n to_o make_v mankind_n partaker_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n but_o only_o by_o faith_n by_o believe_v god_n and_o by_o take_v the_o promise_n and_o the_o gift_n of_o righteousness_n through_o jesus_n christ_n for_o it_o can_v never_o else_o in_o likelihood_n have_v be_v sure_a to_o the_o seed_n this_o be_v the_o way_n to_o make_v it_o sure_a when_o there_o be_v no_o more_o but_o god_n will_v vouchsafe_v so_o much_o favour_n unto_o mankind_n a_o man_n be_v ready_a to_o say_v as_o gedion_n do_v alas_o my_o family_n be_v poor_a in_o manasses_n i_o be_o the_o least_o in_o all_o lively_a nature_n but_o many_o time_n we_o may_v be_v deceive_v in_o that_o a_o woman_n many_o time_n think_v she_o be_v with_o child_n but_o if_o she_o find_v no_o motion_n nor_o stir_v it_o be_v a_o argument_n she_o be_v deceive_v so_o when_o a_o man_n think_v that_o he_o have_v faith_n in_o his_o heart_n but_o yet_o he_o find_v no_o life_n no_o motion_n no_o stir_v there_o be_v no_o work_n
