shall_v seem_v most_o expedient_a and_o that_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o ship_n boat_n and_o other_o vessel_n which_o shall_v come_v for_o merchandise_n and_o trade_n unto_o the_o say_a province_n or_o out_o of_o the_o same_o shall_v depart_v shall_v be_v lade_v and_o unlade_v only_o at_o such_o port_n as_o shall_v be_v so_o erect_v and_o constitute_v by_o the_o say_v now_o lord_n baltemore_n his_o heir_n or_o assign_n any_o use_n custom_n or_o other_o thing_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o save_v always_o unto_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o to_o all_o the_o subject_n of_o our_o kingdom_n of_o england_n and_o ireland_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n free_a liberty_n of_o fish_v for_o sea-fish_n aswell_o in_o the_o sea_n bayes_n inletts_n and_o navigable_a river_n as_o in_o the_o harbour_n bay_n and_o creek_n of_o the_o province_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o privilege_n of_o salt_v and_o dry_v their_o fish_n on_o the_o shore_n of_o the_o say_a province_n and_o for_o the_o same_o cause_n to_o cut_v and_o take_v underwood_n or_o twigg_n there_o grow_v and_o to_o build_v cottage_n and_o shedd_n necessary_a in_o this_o behalf_n as_o they_o heretofore_o have_v or_o may_v reasonable_o have_v use_v which_o liberty_n and_o privilege_n nevertheless_o the_o subject_n aforesaid_a of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n shall_v enjoy_v without_o any_o notable_a damage_n or_o injury_n to_o be_v do_v to_o the_o say_v now_o lord_n baltemore_n his_o heir_n or_o assign_n or_o to_o the_o dweller_n and_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o say_a province_n in_o the_o port_n creek_n and_o shore_n aforesaid_a and_o especial_o in_o the_o wood_n and_o copse_n grow_v within_o the_o say_a province_n and_o if_o any_o shall_v do_v any_o such_o damage_n or_o injury_n he_o shall_v incur_v the_o heavy_a displeasure_n of_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o successor_n the_o punishment_n of_o the_o law_n and_o shall_v moreover_o
