his_o majesty_n be_v incline_v to_o popery_n and_o have_v a_o design_n to_o alter_v the_o religion_n establish_v in_o this_o kingdom_n that_o in_o pursuance_n of_o that_o traitorous_a intent_n he_o have_v to_o several_a person_n of_o his_o majesty_n privy-council_n hold_v discourse_n to_o this_o effect_n viz._n that_o his_o majesty_n be_v dangerous_o corrupt_v in_o his_o religion_n and_o incline_v to_o propery_n that_o person_n of_o that_o religion_n have_v such_o access_n and_o such_o credit_n with_o he_o that_o unless_o there_o be_v a_o careful_a eye_n have_v unto_o it_o the_o protestant_a religion_n will_v be_v overthrow_v in_o this_o kingdom_n and_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o say_v wicked_a and_o traitorous_a intent_n upon_o his_o majesty_n admit_v sir_n henry_n bennet_n introduce_v in_o this_o kingdom_n or_o word_n to_o that_o effect_n that_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o aforesaid_a traitorous_a design_n he_o have_v not_o only_o advise_v and_o persuade_v the_o king_n to_o do_v such_o thing_n contrary_a to_o his_o own_o reason_n and_o resolution_n as_o may_v confirm_v and_o increase_v the_o scandal_n which_o he_o have_v endeavour_v to_o raise_v upon_o his_o majesty_n as_o aforesaid_a of_o his_o favour_n to_o popery_n but_o more_o particular_o to_o allow_v his_o name_n to_o be_v use_v to_o the_o pope_n and_o several_a cardinal_n in_o the_o solicitation_n of_o a_o cardinal_n cap_n for_o the_o lord_n aubigney_n one_o of_o his_o own_o subject_n and_o great_a almoner_n at_o present_a to_o his_o royal_a consort_n the_o queen_n that_o in_o pursuance_n of_o aubigny_n as_o aforesaid_a promise_v great_a favour_n to_o papist_n here_o in_o case_n it_o shall_v be_v effect_v for_o he_o that_o he_o have_v promise_v to_o several_a papist_n he_o will_v do_v his_o endeavour_n and_o say_v he_o hope_v to_o compass_v the_o take_v away_o all_o penal_a law_n against_o they_o which_o he_o do_v in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o traitorous_a design_n aforesaid_a to_o the_o end_n they_o may_v presume_v and_o grow_v vain_a upon_o his_o patronage_n and_o by_o their_o publish_v their_o hope_n of_o a_o toleration_n increase_v the_o scandal_n endeavour_v by_o he_o and_o by_o
