it_o will_v appear_v whether_o the_o army_n will_v concur_v or_o not_o and_o what_o can_v from_o thence_o be_v infer_v as_o to_o any_o thing_n the_o army_n do_v if_o they_o have_v outshoot_v their_o duty_n as_o it_o be_v in_o regard_n of_o he_o with_o the_o speak_n of_o these_o word_n a_o future_a contingent_a wherein_o the_o defendor_n have_v no_o causualty_n so_o they_o must_v answer_v for_o
as_o then_o establish_v and_o to_o live_v peaceable_o yea_o such_o jealousy_n have_v they_o of_o the_o defender_n that_o by_o his_o capitulation_n he_o be_v prisoner_n upon_o demand_n nither_o
