then_o upon_o the_o last_o day_n of_o october_n now_o next_o follow_v shall_v make_v their_o repair_n or_o cause_v their_o name_n to_o be_v give_v and_o send_v up_o in_o write_v unto_o our_o say_a commissioner_n at_o the_o fownder_n hall_n in_o london_n together_o with_o a_o certificate_n from_o some_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o from_o the_o mayor_n or_o chief_a magistrate_n of_o the_o city_n
