of_o plead_v give_v to_o his_o highness_n by_o the_o defendant_n and_o sometime_o press_v the_o court_n to_o hold_v and_o keep_v still_o the_o same_o and_o otherwise_o he_o yield_v and_o suffer_v the_o party_n to_o amend_v his_o plea_n answer_n and_o rejoynder_n and_o so_o proceed_v to_o the_o join_n of_o a_o issue_n he_o be_v make_v privy_a to_o all_o replication_n draw_v from_o the_o king_n side_n and_o alter_v and_o amend_v the_o same_o after_o his_o own_o like_n and_o so_o be_v he_o likewise_o to_o the_o party_n rejoynder_n against_o the_o king_n and_o either_o confess_v the_o plea_n or_o the_o party_n defendant_n upon_o the_o same_o either_o suffer_v it_o to_o come_v to_o a_o trial_n by_o jury_n at_o the_o bar_n or_o by_o nisi_fw-la prius_fw-la in_o london_n or_o in_o the_o county_n where_o the_o matter_n lie_v and_o so_o come_v all_o matter_n of_o plea_n to_o judgement_n and_o a_o end_n either_o upon_o the_o king_n attorneye_n confession_n or_o by_o trial_n of_o verdict_n or_o by_o demurrer_n or_o by_o judgement_n of_o the_o court_n alone_o or_o upon_o a_o nihil_fw-la dicit_fw-la by_o the_o king_n attorney_n he_o in_o some_o case_n will_v not_o confess_v the_o plea_n for_o the_o party_n rise_v upon_o the_o process_n of_o the_o court_n though_o it_o be_v reasonable_a he_o shall_v without_o the_o king_n majesty_n warrant_v as_o when_o the_o party_n according_a to_o the_o law_n to_o join_v issue_n or_o demur_v in_o law_n with_o the_o defendant_n as_o he_o think_v will_v serve_v best_a for_o the_o king_n title_n he_o oftentimes_o when_o the_o issue_n upon_o the_o plea_n come_v to_o trial_n by_o the_o jury_n and_o that_o they_o be_v suspect_v or_o seem_v labour_v do_v sometime_o by_o exception_n quash_n the_o whole_a jury_n or_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o the_o matter_n can_v proceed_v to_o trial_n and_o sometime_o fear_v the_o partiality_n of_o the_o whole_a panel_n and_o suborn_v witness_n he_o bring_v the_o matter_n to_o a_o demurrer_n in_o law_n upon_o the_o open_n of_o the_o evidence_n and_o so_o save_v the_o king_n case_n politic_o he_o devise_v all_o the_o assurance_n the_o king_n majesty_n have_v of_o any_o land_n and_o tenement_n either_o sell_v to_o his_o
