expedient_a first_o to_o nominate_v a_o committee_n of_o twelve_o person_n of_o quality_n and_o know_v ability_n not_o only_o to_o inform_v themselves_o out_o of_o their_o own_o observation_n and_o judgement_n but_o also_o by_o conference_n with_o diverse_a knight_n and_o gentleman_n of_o several_a county_n merchant_n of_o diverse_a society_n clothier_n of_o several_a clothing-shire_n and_o transport_v or_o endeavour_v to_o be_v transport_v as_o also_o of_o our_o high_a indignation_n and_o the_o seurrest_n censure_n of_o our_o court_n of_o star-chamber_n and_o of_o such_o other_o pain_n and_o penalty_n as_o by_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o our_o kingdom_n and_o by_o our_o prerogative_n royal_a may_v be_v inflict_v and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o all_o officer_n and_o kingdom_n we_o do_v further_a strait_o charge_v and_o command_v that_o if_o any_o officer_n or_o minister_n of_o or_o belong_v to_o our_o custom_n or_o port_n or_o attend_v at_o any_o the_o haven_n creek_n or_o place_n adjacent_a or_o carry_v to_o the_o sea_n shall_v consent_v or_o connive_v at_o the_o unlawful_a exportation_n of_o the_o premise_n or_o any_o of_o they_o or_o if_o any_o of_o mourn_a stuff_n shall_v be_v only_o of_o cloth_n and_o stuff_v make_v of_o the_o wool_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o not_o elsewhere_o nor_o otherwise_o and_o for_o that_o we_o be_v inform_v that_o the_o false_a die_a of_o cloth_n and_o stuff_v make_v of_o wool_n be_v a_o great_a hindrance_n to_o the_o vent_n of_o those_o commodity_n therefore_o we_o strait_o will_n and_o command_v that_o no_o person_n whatsoever_o in_o or_o towards_o the_o die_a of_o any_o cloth_n of_o what_o sort_n soever_o or_o of_o any_o stuff_v make_v of_o wool_n shall_v use_v any_o logwood_n or_o blockewood_n the_o use_n whereof_o about_o the_o say_a clothes_n and_o stuff_v have_v so_o often_o by_o several_a law_n and_o proclamation_n be_v already_o condemn_v and_o for_o the_o better_a discovery_n of_o false_a and_o deceavable_a die_v and_o the_o suppress_n of_o the_o say_v logwood_n and_o blockewood_n in_o and_o about_o the_o die_a of_o stuff_v make_v of_o wool_n we_o strait_o charge_v and_o command_v the_o warden_n of_o the_o dyer_n of_o london_n within_o the_o compass_n of_o their_o search_n and_o all_o other_o officer_n in_o other_o place_n that_o from_o time_n to_o time_n they_o make_v careful_a &_o diligent_a search_n for_o the_o discovery_n of_o all_o false_a and_o deceitful_a die_a and_o if_o in_o their_o search_n they_o shall_v find_v any_o cloth_n or_o stuff_n die_v with_o for_o the_o better_a encouragement_n of_o all_o such_o as_o shall_v take_v care_n and_o pain_n to_o make_v such_o discovery_n our_o will_n and_o pleasure_n be_v that_o every_o such_o person_n that_o to_o who_o it_o shall_v appertain_v do_v diligent_o observe_v and_o ready_o assist_v the_o due_a performance_n of_o this_o our_o proclamation_n in_o all_o thing_n also_o we_o do_v hereby_o think_v good_a to_o declare_v to_o all_o our_o love_a subject_n that_o for_o the_o more_o equal_a balance_v of_o trade_n further_a of_o commerce_n increase_v of_o merchandise_n remove_v of_o impediment_n of_o trade_n and_o apply_v of_o remedy_n according_a to_o the_o variation_n of_o occasion_n and_o for_o diverse_a other_o weighty_a matter_n much_o import_v the_o enrich_n and_o flourish_a estate_n of_o
