book_n pag._n 61._o that_o the_o point_n must_v be_v otherwise_o prove_v than_o by_o such_o a_o frivolous_a question_n as_o i_o be_v and_o a_o little_a before_o pag._n 60._o he_o say_v that_o in_o the_o epistle_n dedicatory_a wherein_o i_o appeal_v to_o the_o judge_n i_o do_v not_o put_v the_o question_n aright_o whereas_o there_o can_v be_v no_o other_o point_n of_o law_n to_o be_v resolve_v as_o to_o the_o controversy_n in_o hand_n but_o this_o whether_o land_n in_o those_o elder_a age_n may_v and_o do_v lawful_o pass_v with_o bastard_n in_o libero_fw-la maritagio_fw-la or_o no_o that_o they_o may_v and_o do_v so_o pass_v i_o have_v before_o in_o my_o other_o book_n clear_o prove_v as_o well_o by_o the_o very_a word_n of_o glanvil_n himself_o and_o the_o law_n than_o not_o where_o disallow_v the_o same_o as_o also_o by_o three_o sure_a precedent_n of_o those_o age_n but_o because_o sir_n thomas_n take_v this_o upon_o trust_n from_o mr._n dugdale_n i_o shall_v here_o in_o public_a unmask_v that_o letter_n more_o full_o to_o the_o undeceive_n of_o all_o man_n 2._o as_o to_o the_o opinion_n of_o mr._n dugdale_n it_o be_v true_a he_o have_v deliver_v his_o opinion_n for_o she_o be_v certain_o a_o bastard_n which_o to_o my_o poor_a reason_n be_v as_o plain_a as_o the_o sun_n when_o it_o shine_v but_o it_o seem_v he_o be_v satisfy_v with_o the_o opinion_n of_o those_o lawyer_n that_o she_o be_v legitimate_a because_o say_v he_o it_o be_v a_o know_a maxim_n in_o the_o law_n that_o nothing_o can_v be_v give_v in_o frankmarriage_n to_o a_o bastard_n but_o this_o maxim_n be_v to_o be_v understand_v with_o a_o due_a distinction_n of_o the_o time_n and_o age_n otherwise_o it_o will_v fail_v but_o i_o shall_v anon_o speak_v more_o of_o this_o and_o of_o his_o
