Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this First day of April in the Six and Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second over England c. King Annoque Dom. 1684. Sealed and Delivered c. A. B. A Release of Errors upon a Judgement formerly Entred BE it known unto all Men by these Presents that I A. B. of D. in the County of York Yeoman have Remised Released and quit Claimed and do by this my present Writing for me my Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of us Remise Release and for ever quit Claim unto C. D. of c. All and all manner of Error and Errors Cause and Causes of Error and Errors Misprisions Misentryes and Erroneous Proceedings whatso●ver at any time heretofere had made committed omitted suffered or done in one Judgem●nt he●etofore to wit in Trinity Term last past here name the Term when the Judgement was Entred E tred up upon Record in his Majesties Court of King's-Bench or Common-Pleas at Westminster against me the said A. B. at Suit of the s●id C. D. for One Hundred Pounds Debt and Forty Shillings Costs of Suit as the Costs are taxed or in any Execution h●retofore taken or sued out or hereafter to be taken or sued out upon the same Judgment In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this First Day of April in the Six and Thirtieth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second over England c. King Annoque Dom. 1684. Sealed and D●livered in the Presence of us A. B. A Warrant to Acknowledge Satisfaction upon a Judgment in the Kings-Bench To Mr. J. C. or Mr. W. P. or any other Attorney of his Majesties Court of Kings-Bench at Westminster WHereas I. C. D. of c. heretofore that is to say in or about the Term of S. Hilary last past here name the Term when the Judgment was Entered obtained one Judgment in his Majesties Court of Kings-Bench at Westminster aforesaid against A. B. of D. in the County of York Yeom for one hundred pounds Debt besides Costs of Suit as by the Records of the same Court it doth and may appear And whereas I the said C. D. do acknowledge to have Received full Satisfaction from the said A. B. of for and upon the said Judgment and the Debt and Dammages thereby Recovered These are therefore to Authorize and Require either of you the Attorneys above-named or any other Attorney of the said Court to ac●nowledge and Enter Satisfaction upon the Record of the same Judgment and for so doing this sha●l be unto any one of you a Sufficient and Lawful Warrant in that behalf In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fo●rteenth day of April in the Six and Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second over England c. D. or any other Attorney of his Majesties Court of Common-Pleas at Westminster WHereas I. C. D. of c. heretofore that is to say in or about the Term of St. Hilary last past here name the Term when the Judgment was Entred obtained one Judgment in his Majesties Court of Common-Pleas at Westminster aforesaid against A. B. of D. in the Count● of York Yeom for one hundred pounds Debt besides Costs of Suit as by the Records of the same Court it doth and may appear And whereas I the said C. D. do acknowledge to have full Satisfaction from the said A. B. of for and upon the said Judgment and the Debt and Damages thereupon Recovered these are therefore to Authorize and Require either of you the Attorneys above-named or any other Attorney of the said Court to acknowledge and enter Satisfaction upon the Record of the same Judgment and for so doing this shall be to any one of you a sufficient and Lawful Warrant in that behalf In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Fourteenth day of April in the Six and Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second over England c. Esq Lord of the Mannor aforesaid To the Baylist of the same Mannor Greeting I Command you that you Summon and diligently give Notice to all the Freeholders Copyholders Tennants and Resiants within the said Mannor that they be and appear at the Court Leet and Court Baron with the View of Franck-pledge there to be held at the Mannor-house in S. aforesaid here name the place where the Court must be kept on c. day of this Instant October by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day and have you there this Precept Given under my Hand and Seal this Second day of October In the Five and Thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord Charles the Second over England c. Senesc An Appraisment to be made of Goods and Chattels taken in Execution by the Sherriffs Bayliffs AN Appraisment made this Seven and Twentieth day of March Anno Dom 1684. by us whose Names are under written of the Goods and Chattels of A. B. of D. in the County of York Yeom taken and seized by T. W. one of the Bayliffs to the high Sherriff of the County of York by vertue of a Warrant upon a Fieri Facias Issuing out of the Court of Kings Bench or Common Pleas as the Case is directed to all and singular the said Sheriffs Bayliffs and their Deputies Commanding them to Levy of the Goods and Chattels of the said A. B. one hundred pounds Debt and Forey and Three Shillings Dammages as it is in the Warrant at the Suit of C. D. Appraised as followeth   l. s. d. Imprimis Three Cows 7. 10. 00.
