before_o the_o say_a commissioner_n be_v true_o allege_v for_o his_o discharge_n that_o then_o every_o of_o they_o so_o make_v default_n to_o be_v tax_v and_o charge_v to_o the_o queen_n majesty_n particular_o and_o distinct_o the_o person_n so_o complain_v and_o other_o his_o neighbour_n by_o their_o discretion_n of_o every_o his_o land_n and_o tenement_n above_o specify_v and_o of_o every_o his_o good_n cattle_n and_o debt_n above_o mention_v and_o after_o due_a examination_n and_o perfect_a knowledge_n thereof_o have_v and_o perceive_v by_o the_o say_a commissioner_n which_o shall_v have_v power_n by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a the_o say_v commissioner_n or_o two_o of_o they_o to_o who_o any_o such_o complaint_n shall_v be_v make_v by_o their_o discretion_n upon_o the_o say_v former_a subsidy_n and_o the_o second_o payment_n of_o this_o subsidy_n to_o be_v make_v by_o or_o before_o the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n next_o after_o the_o say_v first_o payment_n of_o
