future_a joint-stock_n of_o the_o say_a company_n or_o concern_v any_o suture_a subscription_n to_o be_v make_v by_o way_n of_o increase_n or_o addition_n to_o the_o joint-stock_n or_o for_o ascertain_v the_o true_a value_v of_o the_o say_a joint-stock_n at_o and_o during_o the_o time_n of_o any_o such_o future_a subscription_n which_o and_o as_o we_o our_o heir_n or_o successor_n by_o the_o advice_n of_o our_o or_o their_o privy_a council_n shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n at_o any_o time_n before_o the_o 29_o day_n of_o september_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n 1694._o think_v fit_a to_o make_v insert_v limit_n direct_v appoint_v or_o express_v in_o or_o by_o any_o further_a or_o other_o charter_n letter_n patent_n or_o other_o write_n or_o instrument_n under_o our_o or_o their_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n then_o and_o in_o each_o and_o every_o of_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o we_o our_o heir_n and_o make_v as_o also_o the_o say_a charter_n or_o letter_n patent_n bear_v date_n the_o seven_o day_n of_o october_n last_o pass_v herein_o beforementioned_a and_o all_o and_o every_o or_o any_o the_o matter_n and_o thing_n therein_o and_o herein_o contain_v and_o from_o and_o immediate_o after_o the_o pass_n of_o such_o letter_n patent_n of_o revocation_n or_o determination_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n as_o well_o these_o present_n as_o also_o the_o say_a charter_n or_o letter_n patent_n bear_v date_n the_o seven_o day_n of_o october_n last_o pass_v and_o all_o the_o power_n privilege_n grant_n and_o other_o thing_n therein_o and_o herein_o contain_v shall_v cease_v determine_v and_o be_v absolute_o void_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n any_o thing_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o in_o witness_v whereof_o we_o have_v cause_v these_o our_o letter_n to_o be_v make_v patent_n witness_v ourselves_o at_o westminster_n the_o 11_o day_n of_o november_n
