england_n the_o lily_n among_o the_o nation_n of_o the_o earth_n who_o be_v fit_a to_o choose_v and_o fit_a to_o be_v choose_v officer_n in_o a_o commonwealth_n all_o uncivil_a liver_n as_o drunkard_n have_v a_o voice_n in_o the_o choose_n second_o all_o those_o who_o be_v interest_v in_o the_o monarchial_a power_n and_o government_n ought_v neither_o to_o choose_v nor_o be_v choose_v officer_n to_o manage_v commonwealth_n affair_n for_o these_o can_v be_v friend_n to_o common_a freedom_n and_o these_o be_v of_o two_o sort_n first_o such_o as_o have_v either_o lend_v money_n to_o maintain_v
