do_v grant_v to_o those_o who_o be_v engage_v in_o the_o late_a rebellion_n provide_v that_o they_o shall_v appear_v before_o such_o as_o our_o privy_a council_n shall_v nominate_v betwixt_o and_o the_o diet_n follow_v viz_o these_o that_o be_v within_o this_o kingdom_n betwixt_o and_o the_o eighteen_o day_n of_o september_n and_o these_o that_o be_v forth_o thereof_o betwixt_o and_o the_o thirteen_o of_o november_n next_o to_o come_v and_o enact_v themselves_o never_o to_o carry_v arm_n against_o we_o or_o our_o authority_n and_o with_o express_a condition_n that_o if_o ever_o they_o
