these_o consideration_n follow_v namely_o first_o what_o kind_n of_o naturalisation_n that_o must_v be_v which_o must_v most_o advance_v trade_n second_o what_o kind_n of_o advance_v of_o trade_n will_v arise_v by_o such_o naturalisation_n touch_v the_o former_a of_o these_o certain_o the_o general_a reason_n of_o the_o advance_v of_o trade_n by_o naturalise_v alien_n must_v be_v because_o it_o will_v be_v a_o mean_n to_o invite_v foreigner_n to_o come_v hither_o to_o bring_v their_o stock_n their_o wealth_n their_o trade_n their_o manufacture_n hither_o where_o they_o may_v find_v as_o
