unto_o this_o kingdom_n concern_v such_o money_n as_o be_v due_a to_o they_o and_o to_o the_o scotish_n army_n in_o ireland_n from_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n wherein_o both_o house_n of_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n be_v most_o willing_a to_o do_v any_o thing_n in_o their_o power_n for_o the_o real_a performance_n of_o their_o engagement_n for_o that_o which_o your_o lordship_n mention_n concern_v our_o commission_n and_o credential_n letter_n we_o must_v affirm_v that_o although_o our_o letter_n of_o credence_n be_v only_o direct_v to_o the_o honourable_a parliament_n of_o scotland_n yet_o we_o do_v show_v unto_o the_o right_n honourable_a the_o lord_n chancellor_n who_o be_v send_v to_o we_o from_o the_o honourable_a the_o committee_n of_o estate_n that_o by_o our_o instruction_n we_o have_v commission_n and_o command_n to_o make_v address_n unto_o that_o committee_n however_o we_o do_v glad_o take_v notice_n of_o your_o lordship_n readiness_n to_o continue_v the_o good_a correspendence_n betwixt_o both_o kingdom_n and_o the_o declaration_n of_o your_o resolution_n to_o keep_v inviolable_o on_o your_o part_n the_o happy_a union_n to_o which_o both_o kingdom_n be_v solemn_o engage_v by_o the_o covenant_n and_o treaty_n and_o as_o we_o have_v several_a time_n already_o so_o now_o again_o we_o do_v in_o the_o name_n of_o both_o house_n of_o the_o your_o lordship_n mention_n give_v in_o by_o your_o commissioner_n to_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n we_o be_v confident_a they_o will_v do_v therein_o what_o shall_v be_v fit_a to_o manifest_v their_o desire_n of_o a_o brotherly_a union_n with_o the_o kingdom_n of_o scotland_n for_o the_o answer_v your_o lordship_n be_v please_v to_o give_v to_o our_o demand_n of_o captain_n wogan_n and_o his_o troop_n sir_n philip_n musgrave_n and_o sir_n thomas_n glemham_n if_o it_o be_v only_o according_a to_o your_o lordship_n paper_n that_o by_o the_o act_n of_o pacification_n and_o oblivion_n they_o be_v such_o as_o be_v to_o be_v refer_v to_o their_o trial_n by_o law_n yet_o that_o as_o we_o conceive_v do_v imply_v a_o ground_n and_o justification_n of_o our_o demand_n for_o they_o be_v in_o this_o kingdom_n we_o can_v bring_v they_o to_o trial_n see_v we_o can_v pursue_v they_o hither_o by_o force_n until_o the_o parliament_n or_o estate_n in_o this_o kingdom_n do_v deliver_v they_o have_v but_o proceed_v at_o present_a to_o such_o a_o resolution_n it_o may_v possible_o have_v prevent_v affront_n and_o threaten_n to_o we_o from_o some_o englishman_n here_o who_o have_v be_v in_o arm_n against_o the_o parliament_n of_o both_o kingdom_n however_o we_o do_v not_o now_o intend_v to_o trouble_v your_o lordship_n with_o any_o thing_n of_o our_o own_o particular_a concernment_n we_o do_v further_o desire_v your_o lordship_n to_o peruse_v that_o clause_n in_o the_o say_a act_n wherein_o it_o be_v provide_v that_o in_o case_n any_o of_o the_o subject_n of_o any_o of_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v rise_v in_o arm_n or_o make_v war_n against_o any_o other_o of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o subject_n thereof_o without_o consent_n of_o the_o parliament_n of_o that_o kingdom_n whereof_o
