subject_n into_o a_o posture_n of_o defence_n have_v make_v a_o late_a order_n for_o the_o settle_n of_o the_o militia_n under_o the_o name_n of_o a_o ordinance_n which_o two_o or_o three_o several_a time_n have_v be_v refuse_v by_o the_o major_a part_n of_o peer_n and_o be_v make_v not_o only_o without_o but_o against_o our_o consent_n the_o reason_n whereof_o be_v sufficient_o know_v to_o all_o
