the_o lady_n kennedy_n marriage_n depend_v viz._n the_o marriage_n between_o sir_n john_n and_o isabel_n kennedy_n be_v already_o adjudge_v by_o a_o definitive_a sentence_n long_o since_o from_o which_o there_o have_v be_v no_o appeal_n or_o provocation_n and_o therefore_o it_o must_v bar_n the_o lady_n we_o answer_v that_o although_o in_o cause_n of_o other_o nature_n where_o no_o danger_n from_o she_o by_o sentence_n in_o scotland_n this_o question_n of_o the_o divorce_n be_v bring_v in_o but_o incident_o by_o sir_n john_n in_o this_o cause_n and_o also_o vain_o and_o impertinent_o if_o it_o can_v be_v prove_v that_o the_o truth_n be_v contrary_a to_o that_o sentence_n for_o that_o sentence_n be_v in_o law_n mere_o void_a and_o can_v bar_n the_o lady_n for_o the_o reason_n
