in_o these_o time_n allow_v of_o any_o such_o authority_n and_o therefore_o proceed_v for_o the_o reform_n of_o themselves_o by_o themselves_o in_o many_o particular_n as_o the_o statute_n do_v hold_v forth_o and_o first_o in_o the_o point_n of_o election_n for_o a_o error_n in_o that_o be_v like_o a_o error_n in_o the_o first_o concoction_n 15._o that_o spoil_v the_o whole_a nutriment_n they_o promiscuous_o have_v right_a to_o give_v or_o receive_v a_o vote_n although_o his_o residency_n be_v over_o the_o wide_a world._n but_o the_o parliament_n in_o the_o time_n of_o henry_n the_o five_o 1._o reduce_v these_o also_o whether_o they_o be_v such_o as_o do_v choose_v 7._o or_o be_v choose_v unto_o their_o proper_a county_n or_o else_o render_v they_o uncapable_a to_o vote_n or_o serve_v for_o any_o county_n and_o the_o like_a order_n be_v make_v for_o the_o burrough_n that_o no_o person_n must_v serve_v for_o any_o city_n or_o burrow_n 15_o nor_o give_v vote_n in_o elect_v such_o as_o shall_v serve_v for_o that_o town_n unless_o they_o be_v both_o free_a and_o resiant_n within_o that_o city_n or_o burrow_n a_o law_n no_o less_o wholesome_a than_o seasonable_a for_o the_o with_o their_o vote_n as_o those_o of_o the_o best_a sort_n both_o for_o wisdom_n and_o public_a mind_n can_v do_v good_a by_o they_o this_o make_v election_n much_o subject_n to_o party_n and_o confusion_n and_o render_v the_o parliament_n much_o less_o considerable_a a_o remedy_n hereunto_o be_v provide_v in_o the_o minority_n of_o henry_n the_o six_o viz._n that_o no_o man_n shall_v give_v his_o vote_n in_o election_n in_o the_o county_n 7._o unless_o he_o have_v forty_o shilling_n yearly_a in_o free_a land_n or_o tenement_n and_o this_o be_v to_o be_v testify_v upon_o oath_n of_o the_o party_n and_o more_o plain_o it_o be_v orderd_v within_o two_o year_n after_o that_o each_o elizor_n shall_v have_v franktenement_n of_o that_o value_n within_o the_o same_o county_n
