governor_n and_o governor_n and_o council_n of_o ireland_n for_o the_o time_n be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n and_o at_o all_o time_n hereafter_o during_o the_o space_n of_o seven_o year_n to_o be_v account_v from_o the_o first_o of_o may_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o two_o to_o make_v and_o establish_v such_o rule_n order_n and_o direction_n for_o the_o better_a plant_n with_o protestant_n the_o land_n by_o this_o act_n vest_v in_o his_o majesty_n and_o not_o appoint_v to_o be_v restore_v to_o innocent_a person_n and_o for_o the_o better_a regulation_n of_o city_n wall_v town_n and_o corporation_n and_o the_o elect_n of_o magistrate_n and_o officer_n there_o and_o to_o inflict_v such_o penalty_n for_o the_o breach_n thereof_o as_o they_o in_o their_o wisdom_n shall_v think_v fit_a so_o as_o the_o penalty_n for_o breach_n of_o the_o rule_n of_o plantation_n do_v not_o extend_v further_o then_o to_o treble_v the_o quitrent_n due_a for_o the_o land_n which_o shall_v order_n and_o direction_n shall_v be_v limit_v and_o appoint_v provide_v nevertheless_o that_o no_o undisposed_a nor_o unconfirmed_a land_n tenement_n or_o hereditament_n in_o the_o province_n of_o reserve_v and_o dispose_v of_o for_o reprisal_n according_a to_o the_o full_a value_n worth_a and_o purchase_n of_o the_o same_o unless_o the_o forfeit_a land_n in_o other_o province_n shall_v not_o who_o within_o twenty_o four_o month_n after_o the_o date_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v make_v it_o appear_v to_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n of_o that_o kingdom_n or_o the_o chief_a governor_n or_o governor_n thereof_o with_o six_o of_o the_o council_n that_o they_o make_v some_o repair_n for_o their_o former_a fault_n by_o their_o timely_a and_o seasonable_a appearance_n for_o our_o restitution_n in_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o sixty_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o commissioner_n for_o execution_n of_o this_o present_a act_n shall_v forthwith_o set_v out_o or_o cause_n to_o be_v set_v so_o much_o of_o the_o forfeit_v land_n as_o do_v amount_v unto_o the_o clear_a yearly_a value_n of_o three_o hundred_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la and_o be_v near_o adjacent_a and_o
