the_o canon_n with_o their_o additional_a conformity_n ceremonize_a more_o than_o be_v enjoin_v now_o will_v make_v the_o canon_n come_v up_o to_o they_o make_v it_o necessary_a for_o other_o what_o which_o they_o have_v begin_v and_o soon_o after_o a_o new_a commission_n be_v bring_v from_o his_o majesty_n by_o virtue_n whereof_o we_o be_v warrant_v still_o to_o sit_v not_o in_o the_o capacity_n of_o a_o convocation_n but_o of_o a_o synod_n to_o prepare_v our_o canon_n for_o the_o royal_a assent_n thereunto_o but_o doctor_n brownrigg_n doctor_n hacket_n doctor_n holesworth_n master_n lord_n privy-seal_n the_o two_o chief_a justice_n and_o other_o judge_n justify_v our_o so_o sit_v in_o the_o nature_n of_o a_o synod_n to_o be_v legal_a according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o realm_n it_o ill_o become_v clergyman_n to_o pretend_v to_o more_o skill_n in_o the_o law_n than_o so_o learned_a sage_n in_o that_o profession_n and_o therefore_o unpartial_a judgement_n may_v take_v off_o from_o the_o fault_n of_o the_o follower_n and_o lay_v it_o on_o the_o leader_n that_o this_o synod_n sit_v when_o the_o parliament_n be_v dissolve_v this_o make_v the_o aforesaid_a thirty_o six_o dissenter_n though_o solemn_o make_v their_o oral_n protest_v to_o the_o contrary_a yet_o not_o to_o dissever_v themselves_o or_o enter_v any_o act_n in_o scriptis_fw-la against_o the_o legality_n of_o this_o assembly_n the_o rather_o because_o they_o hope_v to_o moderate_a proceed_n with_o their_o presence_n sure_o some_o of_o their_o own_o coat_n which_o since_o have_v censure_v these_o dissenter_n for_o cowardly_a compliance_n and_o do_v no_o more_o in_o this_o cause_n will_v have_v
