every_o the_o delinquent_n which_o by_o or_o according_a to_o the_o several_a and_o respective_a ordinance_n or_o order_n make_v by_o both_o or_o either_o of_o the_o house_n of_o parliament_n on_o or_o before_o the_o 24_o day_n of_o april_n 1647._o be_v to_o be_v admit_v to_o make_v their_o fine_n and_o composition_n under_o the_o rate_n and_o proportion_n of_o the_o qualification_n aforesaid_a
