have_v not_o be_v punish_v if_o a_o judge_n of_o this_o court_n utter_v scandalous_a speech_n to_o the_o state_n he_o may_v be_v question_v for_o they_o before_o commissioner_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n because_o this_o be_v no_o judicial_a act_n of_o the_o court._n but_o it_o have_v be_v object_v that_o we_o can_v examine_v act_n do_v by_o a_o high_a power_n to_o this_o i_o put_v this_o this_o court_n as_o 2_o r._n 2._o there_o be_v a_o question_n between_o a_o great_a peer_n and_o a_o bishop_n it_o be_v transmit_v to_o this_o court_n be_v for_o matter_n of_o behaviour_n and_o although_o the_o judge_n of_o this_o court_n be_v but_o inferior_a man_n yet_o the_o court_n be_v high_a for_o it_o appear_v by_o the_o 11_o eliz._n dy._n that_o the_o earl_n marshal_n of_o england_n be_v a_o officer_n of_o this_o court_n and_o it_o be_v always_o admit_v in_o parliament_n that_o the_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n hold_v not_o in_o three_o case_n to_o wit_n in_o case_n of_o treason_n second_o in_o case_n of_o felony_n and_o in_o suit_n for_o the_o peace_n and_o the_o last_o be_v our_o very_a case_n therefore_o etc._n etc._n crook_n argue_v to_o the_o same_o intent_n
