england_n if_o it_o be_v object_v that_o because_o that_o point_n whereupon_o the_o validity_n or_o invalidity_n of_o the_o lady_n kenneda_n marriage_n depend_v viz_o the_o marriage_n between_o sir_n â—ohn_n and_o isabel_n kenneda_n be_v already_o adjudge_v by_o a_o definitive_a sentence_n long_a â—ince_n from_o which_o there_o have_v be_v no_o appeal_n or_o provocation_n and_o therefore_o it_o must_v bar_v the_o lady_n we_o answer_v although_o in_o cause_n of_o other_o nature_n where_o no_o danger_n of_o sin_n may_v ensue_v though_o the_o sentence_n be_v against_o the_o truth_n if_o a_o
