the_o premise_n due_o consider_v there_o be_v none_o other_o person_n live_v but_o you_o only_o that_o by_o right_a may_v claim_v the_o say_a crown_n and_o dignity_n royal_a by_o way_n of_o inheritance_n and_o then_o they_o go_v on_o in_o a_o most_o abject_a way_n of_o flattery_n to_o recount_v his_o excellent_a part_n and_o extraordinary_a qualification_n for_o the_o government_n wherefore_o say_v they_o these_o premise_n by_o we_o diligent_o consider_v we_o desire_v effectual_o the_o peace_n tranquillity_n and_o weal-public_a of_o this_o land_n and_o the_o reduction_n of_o not_o clear_o know_v to_o all_o the_o people_n and_o thereupon_o put_v in_o doubt_n and_o question_n and_o over_o this_o how_o that_o the_o court_n of_o parliament_n be_v of_o such_o authority_n and_o the_o people_n of_o this_o land_n of_o such_o a_o nature_n and_o disposition_n as_o experience_n teach_v that_o manifestation_n and_o declaration_n of_o any_o truth_n or_o right_o make_v by_o the_o
