person_n of_o the_o secular_a clergy_n and_o their_o respective_a successor_n shall_v have_v and_o enjoy_v all_o and_o all_o manner_n of_o jurisdiction_n privilege_n and_o immunity_n in_o as_o full_a and_o ample_a manner_n as_o the_o roman_a catholic_n secular_a clergy_n have_v or_o enjoy_v the_o same_o within_o this_o realm_n at_o any_o time_n during_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o late_a king_n henry_n the_o seven_o sometime_o king_n of_o england_n and_o lord_n of_o ireland_n any_o law_n declaration_n of_o law_n statute_n power_n or_o authority_n whatever_o to_o the_o contrary_a ordinary_n dean_n dean_n and_o chapter_n archdeacon_n chancelour_n treasurer_n chanter_n provost_n warden_n of_o collegiate_n church_n prebendary_n and_o other_o dignitaries_n parson_n vicar_n and_o other_o pastor_n of_o the_o roman_n catholic_n secular_a clergy_n and_o their_o respective_a successor_n shall_v have_v hold_v enjoy_v all_o the_o church_n and_o church-living_n in_o as_o large_a and_o ample_a manner_n as_o the_o late_a protestant_a clergy_n respective_o enjoy_v the_o same_o on_o the_o first_o day_n of_o october_n in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n 1641._o together_o with_o all_o the_o profit_n emolument_n perquisites_n liberty_n and_o the_o right_n of_o their_o respective_a see_v and_o church_n belong_v as_o well_o in_o place_n now_o in_o possession_n of_o the_o if_o grant_v a_o own_v that_o the_o pope_n by_o his_o consecration_n have_v the_o right_a to_o send_v peer_n into_o the_o house_n of_o lord_n if_o not_o to_o create_v they_o but_o since_o they_o be_v swear_v by_o their_o confederacy_n to_o have_v the_o free_a and_o public_a exercise_n of_o the_o roman_n catholic_n religion_n and_o function_n throughout_o this_o kingdom_n in_o its_o full_a lustre_n to_o throw_v down_o all_o impediment_n in_o their_o 21_o instruction_n which_o follow_v in_o these_o very_a word_n they_o further_o desire_v viz._n you_o be_v to_o be_v suitor_n to_o his_o majesty_n that_o upon_o the_o first_o sit_v of_o the_o next_o parliament_n that_o a_o act_n may_v be_v transmit_v for_o the_o suspension_n of_o poynings_n his_o act_n entitle_v a_o act_n that_o no_o
