be_v not_o yet_o in_o regard_n the_o parliament_n be_v dissolve_v that_o make_v the_o say_a act_n which_o in_o reason_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o say_a insufficiency_n of_o the_o say_a act_n can_v otherwise_o be_v suppose_v but_o as_o they_o pass_v the_o act_n of_o banishment_n themselves_o against_o the_o john_n lilburn_n therein_o mention_v and_o mean_v so_o they_o resolve_v to_o o_o
