have_v in_o some_o case_n govern_v arbritrary_o and_o like_o a_o conqueror_n over_o the_o english_a this_o be_v not_o so_o till_o he_o be_v provoke_v to_o it_o by_o their_o frequent_a plot_n and_o conspiracy_n against_o he_o and_o yet_o even_o that_o be_v do_v contrary_a to_o his_o coronation-oath_n which_o be_v the_o same_o that_o all_o the_o saxon_a king_n have_v take_v before_o only_o with_o this_o addition_n that_o he_o shall_v govern_v as_o well_o his_o french_a as_o his_o english_a subject_n by_o equal_a law_n or_o right_o 96._o so_o that_o his_o wilful_a breach_n of_o this_o oath_n
