peace_n whereof_o the_o nuntius_n be_v private_o advertise_v and_o observe_v the_o sudden_a send_v of_o the_o committee_n of_o treaty_n to_o dublin_n challenge_v they_o of_o their_o promise_n unto_o who_o by_o their_o lelter_n date_v at_o kilkenny_n mense_fw-la marcij_fw-la 1645._o they_o answer_v that_o the_o committee_n conclude_v no_o article_n of_o peace_n neither_o can_v there_o be_v any_o article_n of_o peace_n perfect_v or_o have_v any_o power_n before_o the_o calends_o of_o may_n and_o that_o nothing_o be_v do_v contrary_a to_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o paper_n sign_v and_o deliver_v the_o month_n of_o march_n be_v omit_v in_o this_o letter_n lest_o they_o shall_v be_v find_v guilty_a of_o notable_a falsehood_n for_o at_o this_o very_a time_n be_v the_o committee_n in_o dublin_n actual_o labour_v in_o draw_v up_o the_o article_n of_o peace_n and_o in_o sign_v and_o seal_v the_o same_o for_o if_o you_o be_v remember_v their_o commission_n be_v give_v they_o the_o 6._o day_n sinister_a and_o clancular_a proceed_n in_o conclude_v that_o peace_n contrary_a to_o their_o promise_n pass_v unto_o the_o nuncio_n which_o in_o this_o last_o letter_n of_o the_o first_o of_o june_n they_o tacit_o confess_v but_o by_o their_o good_a leave_n they_o go_v beyond_o their_o commission_n for_o neither_o have_v they_o nor_o our_o committee_n of_o treaty_n any_o further_a power_n but_o to_o prepare_v all_o affair_n concern_v the_o treaty_n of_o peace_n not_o to_o conclude_v the_o peace_n as_o appear_v by_o the_o act_n of_o assembly_n date_v the_o second_o day_n of_o the_o same_o 25._o in_o this_o letter_n of_o the_o first_o of_o june_n the_o council_n and_o committee_n of_o instruction_n affirm_v that_o according_a to_o the_o desire_n of_o the_o lord_n nuncius_fw-la the_o conclusion_n and_o publication_n of_o the_o peace_n be_v defer_v until_o the_o calends_o of_o may_n lest_o any_o impediment_n shall_v be_v give_v to_o the_o condition_n of_o peace_n which_o by_o that_o time_n be_v expect_v from_o rome_n whereunto_o answer_n be_v make_v first_o that_o as_o they_o answer_n break_v their_o first_o promise_n free_o make_v unto_o the_o nuncius_fw-la by_o that_o they_o foul_o break_v their_o promise_n by_o sign_v and_o seal_v a_o peace_n on_o the_o 28._o day_n of_o march_n which_o be_v upward_o of_o a_o move_v before_o the_o calends_o of_o may_n which_o they_o themselves_o in_o their_o confirmation_n of_o the_o peace_n do_v call_v a_o conclude_a or_o agree_v upon_o etc._n etc._n second_o answer_n i_o answer_v that_o in_o the_o diurnal_o of_o the_o assembly_n hold_v in_o february_n 1645._o i_o read_v of_o a_o agreement_n pass_v between_o the_o lord_n nuncius_fw-la glamorgan_n and_o the_o committee_n of_o instruction_n 19_o which_o be_v publish_v in_o the_o assembly_n by_o glamorgan_n 19_o of_o february_n 1645._o but_o this_o agreement_n or_o happy_a conclusion_n of_o peace_n for_o so_o my_o note_n term_v it_o can_v not_o receive_v full_a satisfaction_n until_o may._n how_o the_o self_n same_o committee_n can_v without_o breach_n of_o faith_n conclude_v or_o give_v order_n to_o the_o committee_n of_o treaty_n to_o sign_n and_o seal_v a_o peace_n the_o 28._o of_o march_n follow_v contrary_a to_o this_o agreement_n i_o conceive_v not_o three_o i_o answer_v that_o the_o full_a satisfaction_n which_o by_o may_n be_v expect_v be_v the_o come_n anfwer_n of_o a_o more_o secure_a more_o honourable_a &_o more_o advantageous_a peace_n from_o rome_n which_o be_v imagitation_n between_o his_o holiness_n and_o our_o queen_n than_o glamorgans_n own_o peace_n which_o the_o nuntius_n public_o declare_v in_o the_o assembly_n 9_o of_o february_n 1645._o but_o as_o the_o heretic_n of_o england_n do_v hinder_v this_o more_o secure_a &_o more_o honourable_a peace_n from_o the_o pope_n so_o do_v our_o council_n and_o committee_n i_o mean_v still_o the_o corrupt_a part_n of_o both_o hinder_v not_o only_o that_o peace_n but_o glamorgans_n peace_n also_o for_o their_o preposterous_a acceleration_n of_o the_o seal_n and_o sign_v of_o ormond_n disadvantageous_a and_o unwarrantable_a peace_n can_v produce_v no_o better_a effect_n than_o to_o give_v occasion_n to_o his_o majesty_n to_o recall_v glamorgans_n peace_n and_o to_o give_v command_n to_o desist_v in_o the_o prosecution_n of_o the_o treaty_n with_o his_o holiness_n his_o majesty_n have_v once_o notice_n that_o the_o marquesse_n of_o ormond_n have_v conclude_v with_o we_o upon_o far_o in_o feriour_a condition_n for_o we_o be_v to_o know_v that_o this_o unjust_a peace_n be_v a_o mould_v half_o a_o year_n before_o and_o that_o the_o marquesse_n have_v time_n enough_o to_o inform_v his_o majesty_n thereof_o thereby_o to_o invite_v his_o majesty_n to_o the_o revocation_n of_o glamorgans_n commission_n 25._o hence_o proceed_v a_o four_o answer_n that_o the_o lord_n nuncius_fw-la see_v the_o delay_n of_o the_o pope_n peace_n and_o the_o revocation_n answer_n though_o invalid_a of_o glamorgans_n peace_n before_o may_n very_o provident_o and_o careful_o send_v unto_o the_o council_n and_o committee_n of_o instruction_n before_o the_o kalend_n of_o
