person_n upon_o who_o any_o process_n out_o of_o any_o of_o the_o court_n of_o record_v within_o this_o realm_n or_o wales_n shall_v be_v serve_v to_o testify_v or_o depose_v concern_v any_o cause_n or_o matter_n depend_v in_o any_o of_o the_o same_o court_n and_o have_v tender_v unto_o he_o or_o they_o according_a to_o his_o or_o their_o countenance_n or_o calling_n such_o reasonable_a sum_n
