with_o their_o vote_n as_o those_o of_o the_o best_a sort_n both_o for_o wisdom_n and_o public_a mind_n can_v do_v good_a by_o they_o this_o make_v election_n much_o subject_n to_o party_n and_o confusion_n and_o render_v the_o parliament_n much_o less_o considerable_a a_o remedy_n hereunto_o be_v provide_v in_o the_o minority_n of_o henry_n the_o six_o viz._n that_o no_o man_n shall_v give_v his_o vote_n in_o election_n in_o the_o county_n 7._o unless_o he_o have_v forty_o shilling_n yearly_a in_o free_a land_n or_o tenement_n and_o this_o be_v to_o be_v testify_v upon_o oath_n of_o the_o party_n and_o more_o plain_o it_o be_v orderd_v within_o two_o year_n after_o that_o each_o elizor_n shall_v have_v franktenement_n of_o that_o value_n within_o the_o same_o county_n
