of_o quality_n in_o each_o county_n by_o we_o to_o your_o lordship_n patent_n be_v pass_v to_o such_o of_o those_o so_o to_o be_v present_v respective_o to_o be_v sheriff_n in_o each_o county_n as_o to_o your_o lordship_n shall_v seem_v meet_a to_o make_v choice_n of_o for_o that_o purpose_n 6._o that_o one_o or_o more_o agent_n from_o this_o kingdom_n may_v be_v admit_v still_o to_o attend_v his_o majesty_n for_o his_o better_a information_n of_o the_o affair_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o that_o as_o a_o testimony_n of_o his_o majesty_n favour_n some_o of_o the_o noble_n and_o other_o of_o quality_n of_o this_o kingdom_n may_v be_v employ_v about_o his_o majesty_n person_n 7._o for_o asmuch_o as_o diver_n of_o the_o scottish_a nation_n and_o other_o in_o this_o kingdom_n do_v not_o obey_v the_o present_a cessation_n and_o many_o of_o they_o have_v of_o late_o take_v the_o covenant_n propose_v by_o the_o member_n of_o parliament_n at_o westminster_n now_o in_o arm_n against_o his_o majesty_n it_o be_v therefore_o humble_o desire_v that_o such_o as_o disobey_v the_o say_a cessation_n or_o have_v take_v the_o say_a covenant_n be_v proclaim_v traitor_n and_o prosecute_v according_o by_o his_o majesty_n authority_n and_o that_o such_o county_n or_o corporation_n as_o have_v not_o submit_v to_o the_o now_o cessation_n of_o arm_n in_o this_o kingdom_n according_a his_o majesty_n commission_n be_v not_o admit_v to_o make_v any_o return_n to_o the_o parliament_n 8._o for_o asmuch_o as_o sundry_a person_n estate_v in_o this_o kingdom_n have_v either_o actual_o raise_v arm_n in_o england_n against_o his_o majesty_n or_o have_v otherwise_o adhere_v to_o the_o malignant_a party_n now_o in_o arm_n against_o his_o majesty_n that_o therefore_o it_o may_v please_v his_o majesty_n to_o give_v way_n to_o the_o impeachment_n and_o attainder_n of_o those_o and_o such_o other_o who_o name_n we_o shall_v here_o represent_v to_o your_o lordship_n by_o way_n of_o bill_n in_o parliament_n whereby_o they_o may_v receive_v condign_a punishment_n for_o their_o offence_n &_o his_o majesty_n take_v advantage_n of_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o their_o estate_n and_o in_o the_o interim_n the_o possession_n to_o remain_v in_o the_o hand_n wherein_o they_o be_v at_o present_a 9_o for_o asmuch_o as_o upon_o application_n of_o the_o agent_n from_o this_o kingdom_n to_o his_o majesty_n in_o the_o four_o year_n of_o his_o reign_n and_o late_o upon_o humble_a suit_n make_v to_o his_o majesty_n by_o a_o committee_n of_o both_o house_n of_o the_o parliament_n of_o this_o kingdom_n order_n be_v give_v by_o his_o majesty_n for_o redress_v of_o several_a greevance_n it_o be_v therefore_o humble_o desire_v that_o for_o so_o many_o of_o those_o as_o be_v not_o express_v some_o year_n to_o come_v to_o be_v of_o any_o considerable_a value_n be_v the_o only_a mean_n that_o many_o of_o the_o nobility_n gentry_n and_o other_o of_o this_o kingdom_n have_v to_o satisfy_v their_o debt_n and_o therefore_o a_o competent_a time_n be_v give_v by_o act_n to_o be_v pass_v in_o the_o next_o parliament_n for_o payment_n thereof_o and_o the_o interest_n or_o use_n of_o money_n to_o be_v moderate_v 12._o that_o the_o subject_n of_o this_o kingdom_n may_v be_v ease_v of_o the_o increase_n of_o rent_n late_o raise_v and_o impose_v on_o they_o upon_o the_o late_a commission_n of_o defective_a title_n in_o the_o earl_n of_o strafford_n time_n 13._o that_o if_o any_o of_o your_o lordship_n party_n during_o these_o trouble_n have_v by_o fine_n recovery_n or_o otherwise_o disinherit_v those_o who_o be_v next_o to_o succeed_v they_o of_o our_o party_n as_o heir_n or_o in_o reversion_n or_o remainder_n without_o real_a and_o full_a consideration_n but_o for_o be_v of_o commissioner_n for_o the_o treaty_n and_o conclude_v of_o a_o peace_n in_o this_o kingdom_n for_o and_o in_o the_o name_n and_o behalf_n of_o his_o majesty_n to_o the_o additional_a proposition_n of_o his_o roman_a catholic_a subject_n of_o ireland_n etc._n etc._n when_o all_o the_o particular_a demand_n make_v on_o the_o behalf_n of_o his_o majesty_n the_o church_n and_o his_o majesty_n
