such_o other_o person_n as_o the_o say_a lord_n chancellor_n and_o other_o with_o he_o before_o name_v shall_v name_v and_o appoinct_v by_o the_o which_o commission_n the_o commissioner_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n to_o inquire_v by_o the_o oath_n of_o the_o person_n vicar_n or_o curate_n &_o iiii_o or_o as_o many_o honest_a person_n of_o every_o parish_n village_n and_o hamlet_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o their_o commission_n whereof_o the_o constable_n tithyngman_n or_o borsolder_n shall_v be_v one_n if_o any_o constable_n tithyngman_n or_o borsolder_n be_v dwell_v
