shall_v be_v deceitful_a or_o worse_o to_o &_o for_o the_o good_a use_n thereof_o that_o then_o the_o say_a cloth_n shall_v be_v forfeit_v &_o thoffendour_n therein_o to_o be_v punish_v by_o one_o the_o use_n of_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o one_o half_a of_o all_o the_o forfeiture_n and_o fyne_n of_o and_o for_o the_o premise_n to_o be_v unto_o the_o queen_n majesty_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o or_o they_o that_o shall_v make_v information_n or_o procure_v indictment_n of_o and_o for_o the_o premise_n and_o shall_v follow_v the_o same_o with_o effect_n and_o further_o be_v it_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o justice_n before_o who_o any_o such_o offence_n with_o and_o at_o the_o double_a sum_n of_o the_o rate_n that_o he_o shall_v or_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v set_v at_o for_o and_o after_o the_o best_a value_n of_o his_o land_n or_o substance_n upon_o he_o certify_v if_o he_o have_v appear_v by_o the_o discretion_n of_o the_o commissioner_n there_o be_v which_o commissioner_n shall_v travel_v with_o every_o of_o the_o other_o person_n so_o then_o and_o there_o appear_v who_o name_n shall_v be_v express_v in_o the_o say_a precept_n or_o precept_n and_o in_o who_o any_o vehement_a suspect_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v have_v in_o form_n abovesaid_a
