aforesaid_a that_o in_o every_o such_o case_n the_o say_a postmaster_n general_n shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n sterling_a the_o one_o moiety_n to_o his_o majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o the_o other_o moiety_n to_o he_o or_o they_o who_o shall_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o in_o any_o court_n of_o record_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o bill_n plaint_n or_o other_o information_n wherein_o no_o essoigne_n protection_n or_o other_o wager_n in_o law_n shall_v be_v admit_v provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v that_o nothing_o herein_o contain_v shall_v be_v
