confer_v upon_o two_o person_n that_o do_v never_o do_v his_o majesty_n any_o service_n in_o the_o customhouse_n 2._o that_o when_o the_o say_v poor_a clerk_n do_v by_o petition_n become_v humble_a suppliant_n unto_o the_o king_n majesty_n for_o relief_n herein_o and_o that_o stay_n may_v be_v make_v of_o the_o put_n in_o execution_n of_o the_o say_a office_n until_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n of_o the_o treasury_n shall_v certify_v his_o majesty_n their_o opinion_n therein_o which_o his_o majesty_n be_v please_v gracious_o to_o grant_v then_o sir_n ralph_n freeman_n one_o of_o the_o humble_o beseech_v you_o to_o be_v a_o mean_n that_o our_o petition_n and_o certificate_n be_v by_o the_o subcommittee_n for_o grievance_n commit_v into_o the_o bag_n in_o the_o house_n may_v be_v call_v to_o be_v read_v and_o that_o a_o day_n may_v be_v appoint_v for_o the_o hear_n of_o the_o cause_n and_o the_o bring_n in_o of_o the_o say_a letter_n patent_n as_o in_o many_o like_a case_n
