can_v tell_v you_o of_o at_o least_o ten_o particular_a matter_n upon_o which_o the_o law_n be_v to_o grant_v the_o writ_n de_fw-fr excommunicato_fw-la capiendo_fw-la and_o according_a to_o a_o know_a enjoin_v in_o act_n of_o parliament_n insomuch_o that_o ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n may_v stand_v and_o proceed_v well_o enough_o have_v we_o no_o other_o canon_n but_o act_n of_o parliament_n as_o mr._n hickeringill_n insinuate_v and_o it_o be_v worthy_a his_o observation_n that_o the_o great_a complaint_n of_o dissenter_n since_o the_o king_n happy_a return_n have_v be_v upon_o the_o execution_n of_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o that_o not_o so_o much_o by_o ecclesiastical_a as_o civil_a minister_n indeed_o the_o statute_n of_o car._n 2._o that_o restore_v the_o ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n have_v a_o proviso_n that_o by_o virtue_n of_o that_o act_n the_o canon_n of_o 1640._o shall_v not_o be_v of_o force_n and_o that_o no_o canon_n be_v make_v of_o force_n by_o that_o restraint_n of_o the_o convocation_n be_v ground_v on_o that_o statute_n 1._o they_o can_v assemble_v without_o the_o assent_n of_o the_o king_n 2._o they_o can_v constitute_v any_o canon_n without_o his_o licence_n 3._o nor_o execute_v they_o without_o his_o royal_a assent_n 4._o nor_o after_o his_o assent_n but_o with_o these_o four_o limitation_n 1._o that_o they_o be_v not_o against_o the_o
