though_o he_o have_v the_o power_n himself_o to_o oppress_v in_o this_o very_a matter_n the_o great_a part_n of_o his_o subject_n and_o take_v from_o they_o that_o liberty_n of_o conscience_n which_o no_o more_o the_o king_n be_v still_o the_o absolute_a master_n because_o he_o can_v alone_o and_o without_o his_o parliament_n render_v useless_a by_o his_o declaration_n the_o law_n which_o the_o parliament_n shall_v have_v the_o most_o solemn_o establish_v together_o with_o he_o we_o confess_v the_o king_n have_v right_o of_o dispense_v in_o certain_a case_n as_o if_o the_o concern_v be_v the_o other_o not_o be_v they_o not_o both_o establish_v by_o the_o king_n and_o parliament_n be_v not_o both_o the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o make_v for_o the_o security_n of_o the_o protestant_a
