convenient_o present_a at_o oxford_n when_o his_o majesty_n find_v the_o appearance_n so_o great_a and_o so_o much_o superior_a in_o number_n as_o well_o as_o quality_n to_o those_o at_o westminster_n he_o hope_v it_o will_v prove_v a_o good_a expedient_a to_o compose_v the_o mind_n of_o the_o other_o to_o a_o due_a consideration_n of_o the_o misery_n into_o which_o they_o have_v bring_v their_o country_n and_o refer_v it_o to_o they_o to_o propose_v any_o advice_n which_o may_v produce_v so_o good_a a_o effect_n what_o address_n and_o overture_n be_v then_o make_v by_o they_o and_o afterward_o by_o his_o majesty_n to_o persuade_v they_o to_o enter_v upon_o any_o treaty_n of_o peace_n and_o with_o what_o contempt_n and_o scorn_v the_o same_o be_v reject_v will_v be_v too_o long_o to_o insert_v here_o and_o be_v sufficient_o know_v to_o the_o world_n thereupon_o this_o body_n of_o lord_n and_o commons_o publish_v a_o declaration_n to_o the_o kingdom_n at_o large_a set_n forth_o the_o particular_a act_n of_o violence_n by_o which_o they_o have_v be_v drive_v from_o westminster_n and_o by_o which_o the_o freedom_n of_o parliament_n be_v take_v away_o and_o then_o declare_v how_o much_o they_o abhor_v the_o undutiful_a and_o rebellious_a act_n which_o be_v countenance_v by_o those_o who_o stay_v there_o and_o declare_v their_o own_o submission_n and_o allegiance_n to_o to_o sit_v speak_v and_o vote_n with_o freedom_n and_o safety_n all_o the_o action_n vote_n order_n declaration_n and_o pretend_a ordinance_n make_v by_o those_o member_n who_o remain_v still_o at_o westminster_n be_v void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n yet_o they_o say_v they_o be_v far_o from_o attempt_v the_o dissolution_n of_o the_o parliament_n or_o the_o violation_n of_o any_o act_n make_v and_o confirm_v by_o his_o majesty_n but_o that_o it_o be_v their_o grief_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n that_o since_o the_o parliament_n be_v not_o dissolve_v the_o power_n thereof_o shall_v by_o the_o treason_n and_o violence_n of_o those_o man_n be_v so_o far_o suspend_v that_o the_o kingdom_n shall_v be_v without_o the_o fruit_n and_o benefit_n of_o a_o parliament_n which_o can_v not_o be_v reduce_v to_o any_o action_n or_o authority_n till_o the_o liberty_n and_o freedom_n due_a to_o the_o member_n shall_v be_v restore_v and_o admit_v which_o declaration_n have_v not_o only_o ever_o receive_v any_o answer_n but_o with_o great_a care_n have_v not_o be_v suffer_v to_o be_v print_v in_o the_o last_o collection_n of_o order_n and_o declaration_n where_o
