to_o all_o sort_n of_o english_a salt_n of_o what_o nature_n or_o kind_a soever_o for_o if_o this_o second_o duty_n be_v payable_a by_o the_o refiner_n then_o do_v english_a refine_v salt_n become_v charge_v with_o as_o great_a a_o imposition_n as_o the_o foreign_a salt_n be_v subject_v to_o and_o so_o these_o refiner_n trade_n will_v be_v utter_o ruin_v see_v the_o profit_n that_o arise_v from_o the_o refine_v of_o salt_n will_v not_o bear_v the_o charge_n of_o this_o double_a imposition_n and_o consequent_o his_o majesty_n interest_n be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v promote_v by_o this_o second_o duty_n that_o it_o will_v rather_o be_v much_o lessen_v inasmuch_o as_o these_o refiner_n who_o now_o buy_v great_a quantity_n of_o salt_n from_o shield_n sunderland_n or_o lemington_n where_o the_o salt_n pay_v the_o duty_n must_v desist_v from_o their_o trade_n and_o so_o there_o will_v not_o be_v such_o quantity_n buy_v at_o those_o place_n as_o now_o be_v and_o consequent_o his_o majesty_n revenue_n therein_o be_v considerable_o diminish_v object_n but_o this_o refine_v salt_n be_v of_o another_o species_n from_o that_o salt_n from_o which_o it_o be_v refine_v and_o which_o have_v pay_v the_o duty_n and_o consequent_o this_o refine_v salt_n be_v subject_v to_o the_o same_o single_a duty_n that_o all_o other_o english_a saltsare_n liable_a to_o pay_v answ_n this_o refine_v salt_n can_v proper_o be_v say_v to_o be_v salt_n of_o another_o species_n from_o that_o out_o of_o which_o it_o be_v refine_v because_o it_o differ_v not_o in_o the_o salt_n quality_n but_o only_o in_o express_v that_o rock_n salt_n refine_v shall_v not_o pay_v as_o rock_n salt_n and_o therefore_o twelve_o penny_n in_o the_o bushel_n be_v allow_v to_o the_o refiner_n for_o every_o bushel_n of_o preserve_v our_o butter_n for_o which_o cause_n suffolk_n butter_n preserve_v with_o this_o salt_n keep_v sweet_a than_o any_o other_o sort_n of_o salt_n butter_n not_o salt_v therewith_o for_o unrefined_a salt_n have_v some_o mixture_n of_o filth_n which_o soon_o taint_v the_o butter_n and_o render_v it_o very_o unpalatable_a so_o that_o the_o loss_n of_o this_o refine_v salt_n which_o can_v possible_o bear_v the_o charge_n of_o three_o penny_n per_fw-la gallon_n consider_v what_o great_a expense_n the_o refiner_n be_v at_o in_o their_o refine_v will_v be_v a_o great_a prejudice_n
