only_o to_o england_n it_o have_v be_v a_o direct_a contradiction_n and_o absurdity_n to_o provide_v that_o these_o foreign_a peer_n shall_v be_v try_v here_o by_o their_o foreign_a peer_n for_o treason_n and_o not_o by_o a_o ordinary_a jury_n because_o they_o be_v neither_o peer_n themselves_o in_o england_n nor_o other_o who_o shall_v come_v hither_o from_o ireland_n or_o other_o foreign_a
