and_o the_o parliament_n of_o england_n have_v just_a cause_n to_o be_v very_o sensible_a that_o notwithstanding_o we_o do_v according_a to_o our_o duty_n timely_a and_o frequent_o represent_v to_o your_o lordship_n what_o mischief_n have_v and_o be_v like_a to_o happen_v if_o they_o be_v not_o speedy_o declare_v against_o by_o your_o lordship_n yet_o those_o in_o the_o aforesaid_a town_n who_o have_v be_v and_o be_v profess_v enemy_n to_o both_o kingdom_n and_o for_o some_o year_n past_a have_v still_o be_v fight_v against_o the_o cause_n of_o god_n religion_n and_o the_o covenant_n which_o your_o lordship_n profess_v to_o maintain_v have_v get_v so_o much_o encouragement_n and_o so_o many_o advantage_n by_o your_o lordship_n delay_v hitherto_o to_o declare_v against_o they_o and_o now_o be_v further_o credible_o inform_v that_o many_o load_n of_o provision_n arm_n and_o ammunition_n have_v late_o go_v from_o this_o city_n of_o edinburgh_n to_o the_o say_a town_n of_o barwick_n and_o that_o the_o people_n of_o this_o kingdom_n have_v free_a recourse_n to_o barwick_n and_o carlisle_n and_o many_o have_v there_o take_v up_o arm_n with_o they_o notwithstanding_o it_o be_v well_o know_v that_o there_o be_v very_o many_o papist_n among_o they_o and_o that_o some_o chief_a man_n who_o impose_v great_a sum_n of_o money_n upon_o the_o well-affected_a both_o in_o those_o town_n and_o country_n thereabouts_o and_o some_o chief_a officer_n both_o in_o those_o garrison_n and_o their_o other_o force_n be_v notorious_a papist_n who_o ought_v to_o be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v connive_v at_o that_o by_o the_o agreement_n of_o both_o kingdom_n in_o their_o proposition_n present_v to_o the_o king_n they_o be_v to_o be_v except_v from_o pardon_n we_o do_v therefore_o once_o more_o earnest_o press_v your_o lordship_n that_o you_o will_v take_v this_o business_n into_o your_o serious_a consideration_n when_o we_o shall_v not_o doubt_v but_o that_o your_o lordship_n resolution_n therein_o will_v answer_v our_o desire_n and_o expectation_n we_o do_v further_o acquaint_v your_o lordship_n that_o we_o be_v credible_o inform_v that_o some_o troop_n late_o raise_v by_o your_o lordship_n authority_n go_v arm_v in_o a_o
