like_a unto_o the_o scotish_n queen_n if_o she_o have_v not_o be_v always_o at_o his_o disposition_n but_o it_o be_v strange_a that_o a_o prince_n shall_v be_v put_v to_o death_n it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o scotland_n where_o more_o king_n have_v be_v slay_v and_o murder_v then_o have_v die_v a_o natural_a death_n where_o alphinus_n not_o only_a king_n of_o scot_n but_o also_o heir_n unto_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o pict_n be_v open_o behead_v it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o hungary_n where_o queen_n joan_n be_v execute_v for_o the_o murder_n commit_v on_o the_o person_n of_o her_o husband_n it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o france_n where_o bernard_n king_n of_o italy_n and_o lawful_a king_n of_o france_n be_v adjudge_v and_o do_v to_o death_n it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o asia_n where_o hercules_n slay_v laomedon_n for_o his_o tyranny_n and_o cruelty_n it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o spain_n where_o henry_n the_o bastard_n execute_v peter_n the_o lawful_a king_n it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o naples_n where_o conrade_n rightful_a king_n thereof_o be_v behead_v brief_o it_o be_v not_o strange_a in_o the_o holy_a scripture_n where_o we_o read_v that_o joshuah_n discomfit_v five_a king_n and_o hang_v they_o all_o upon_o tree_n that_o saul_n be_v reprehend_v by_o samuel_n for_o not_o kill_n agag_n king_n of_o the_o amalakite_n who_o samuel_n take_v and_o hew_v in_o piece_n that_o gideon_n slay_v the_o king_n of_o midian_a and_o that_o jehu_n slay_v jehoram_n king_n of_o israel_n and_o ahaziah_n king_n of_o judah_n there_o be_v nothing_o then_o strange_a or_o without_o example_n in_o the_o execution_n of_o the_o scotish_n queen_n unless_o it_o be_v strange_a that_o our_o queen_n majesty_n be_v careless_a of_o her_o life_n when_o her_o subject_n be_v careful_a of_o the_o same_o that_o she_o will_v not_o hear_v of_o her_o death_n when_o they_o desire_v nothing_o more_o than_o her_o death_n that_o when_o the_o parliament_n have_v condemn_v she_o she_o can_v not_o be_v in_o treat_v to_o subscribe_v to_o their_o judgement_n brief_o that_o when_o with_o great_a labour_n and_o many_o persuasion_n she_o be_v win_v by_o her_o privy_a council_n and_o other_o who_o be_v of_o opinion_n that_o vita_fw-la mariae_fw-la will_v be_v mors_fw-la elizabethae_fw-la as_o vita_fw-la conradini_n be_v think_v by_o the_o pope_n to_o be_v mors_fw-la caroli_n to_o deliver_v her_o warrant_n to_o one_o of_o her_o secretary_n for_o her_o death_n she_o imprison_v and_o grievous_o fine_v that_o secretaryfor_o send_v that_o warrant_n with_o such_o speed_n as_o he_o do_v whereby_o it_o seem_v that_o have_v not_o the_o warrant_n be_v obtain_v when_o it_o be_v she_o will_v hardly_o have_v yeel_v to_o her_o execution_n and_o by_o punish_v he_o that_o be_v so_o willing_a and_o ready_a to_o have_v she_o execute_v it_o appear_v that_o her_o majesty_n not_o only_o love_v she_o whilst_o she_o live_v but_o also_o after_o she_o be_v dead_a and_o her_o highness_n grave_n and_o wise_a speech_n deliver_v unto_o her_o love_a subject_n in_o the_o parliament_n house_n do_v testify_v how_o sorrowful_a and_o unwilling_a her_o majesty_n be_v to_o consent_v unto_o her_o death_n although_o it_o be_v there_o make_v most_o apparent_a unto_o her_o grace_n that_o as_o long_o as_o that_o queen_n live_v she_o can_v not_o be_v without_o continual_a danger_n of_o lose_v her_o life_n this_o opinion_n be_v therefore_o confirm_v to_o be_v most_o true_a since_o her_o death_n because_o there_o have_v no_o such_o treason_n be_v either_o intend_v or_o practise_v against_o her_o majesty_n since_o as_o before_o that_o time_n it_o follow_v that_o her_o execution_n give_v
