order_n to_o our_o judgement_n but_o i_o acknowledge_v in_o this_o i_o do_v make_v a_o irregular_a motion_n as_o to_o the_o order_n that_o be_v usual_o observe_v by_o your_o lordship_n but_o i_o know_v not_o how_o to_o help_v it_o in_o regard_n without_o hear_v it_o be_v impossible_a for_o we_o to_o form_v our_o judgement_n e._n of_o roch._n my_o lord_n i_o have_v a_o very_a great_a respect_n who_o be_v to_o give_v their_o judgement_n in_o this_o case_n to_o hear_v both_o the_o evidence_n and_o the_o council_n and_o what_o observation_n be_v make_v on_o both_o side_n and_o that_o it_o be_v a_o great_a disadvantage_n that_o the_o council_n shall_v have_v so_o low_a a_o voice_n that_o all_o my_o lord_n shall_v not_o be_v able_a to_o hear_v he_o but_o yet_o i_o hope_v that_o may_v be_v remedy_v some_o other_o way_n then_o what_o be_v propose_v by_o that_o noble_a lord_n for_o if_o what_o he_o desire●_n be_v do_v it_o will_v be_v obvious_a that_o in_o point_n of_o precedent_n many_o inconvenience_n will_v incur_v upon_o break_v the_o order_n of_o the_o house_n to_o comply_v with_o a_o motion_n which_o be_v acknowledge_v by_o the_o noble_a lord_n himself_o to_o be_v irregular_a
