petition_n and_o complaint_n offer_v in_o parliament_n but_o these_o two_o clerk_n be_v immediate_o subject_a to_o the_o king_n and_o his_o parliament_n in_o common_a unless_o perhaps_o one_o justice_n or_o two_o be_v assignedto_o examine_v and_o amend_v their_o enrolment_n and_o when_o the_o peer_n of_o the_o parliament_n to_o hear_v and_o examine_v some_o petition_n by_o themselves_o than_o when_o they_o shall_v be_v of_o one_o mind_n and_o agree_v in_o render_v their_o judgement_n to_o such_o petition_n and_o the_o process_n make_v concerning_o the_o same_o and_o they_o shall_v
