of_o money_n or_o other_o endowment_n towards_o the_o amendment_n and_o enlargement_n of_o the_o street_n and_o place_n beforenamed_n or_o so_o much_o of_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o as_o the_o as_o aforesaid_a of_o the_o owner_n or_o occupier_n of_o the_o say_a house_n to_o agree_v and_o compound_v with_o the_o commissioner_n for_o the_o same_o thereupon_o a_o jury_n shall_v and_o may_v be_v impanel_v in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a to_o judge_n and_o assess_v upon_o the_o owner_n and_o occupier_n of_o such_o house_n such_o competent_a sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n or_o receive_v shall_v be_v expend_v upon_o the_o purchase_n or_o re-building_n house_n on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o street_n and_o upon_o pave_v and_o amend_v of_o the_o way_n and_o street_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o purport_n of_o this_o act._n and_o the_o say_a verdict_n of_o the_o jury_n and_o judgement_n of_o the_o commissioner_n in_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v sufficient_a and_o conclusive_a in_o law_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n against_o the_o say_a owner_n and_o occupier_n their_o heir_n executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v act._n every_o commissioner_n to_o take_v a_o oath_n for_o the_o faithful_a performance_n of_o this_o act._n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o majesty_n by_o and_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o lord_n spiritual_a and_o temporal_a and_o the_o commons_o in_o this_o present_a parliament_n assemble_v and_o by_o authority_n of_o the_o same_o year_n none_o shall_v use_v the_o trade_n of_o a_o silk-throw_a but_o such_o as_o have_v serve_v as_o apprentice_n seven_o year_n that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o twenty_o five_o day_n of_o december_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o and_o two_o no_o person_n or_o person_n whatsoever_o shall_v direct_o or_o albemarle_n captain_n general_n of_o his_o majesty_n army_n who_o have_v be_v instrumental_a by_o the_o blessing_n of_o almighty_n god_n to_o the_o happy_a restitution_n and_o restoration_n of_o his_o for_o trade_n many_o of_o which_o the_o war_n be_v now_o end_v will_v willing_o employ_v themselves_o in_o those_o trade_n they_o be_v former_o accustom_v unto_o or_o which_o they_o be_v apt_a and_o able_a to_o follow_v and_o make_v use_n of_o for_o the_o get_n of_o their_o live_n by_o their_o labour_n and_o industry_n but_o be_v or_o may_v be_v hinder_v from_o exercise_v those_o trade_n in_o certain_a city_n corporation_n and_o other_o place_n within_o this_o kingdom_n because_o of_o certain_a by-lawe_n and_o custom_n of_o those_o place_n and_o of_o a_o statute_n make_v in_o the_o five_o year_n of_o the_o late_a queen_n elizabeth_n prohibit_v the_o use_n of_o certain_a trade_n by_o any_o person_n that_o have_v not_o serve_v as_o a_o apprentice_n to_o such_o trade_n by_o the_o space_n of_o seven_o year_n trade_n such_o as_o be_v in_o service_n under_o general_n monk_n 25._o april_n 1660._o and_o instrumental_a in_o his_o majesty_n restitution_n may_v exercise_v trade_n for_o remedy_n whereof_o and_o to_o the_o end_n that_o those_o person_n who_o be_v in_o actual_a service_n under_o the_o command_n of_o the_o say_a captain_n general_n on_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n respective_a trade_n mystery_n or_o occupation_n whereunto_o he_o or_o they_o have_v be_v bind_v apprentice_n and_o serve_v any_o part_n of_o he_o or_o their_o time_n or_o any_o handicraft_n or_o other_o trade_n exercise_v about_o manufacture_n though_o he_o be_v never_o bind_v apprentice_n to_o the_o same_o time_n apprentice_n to_o enjoy_v all_o immunity_n as_o it_o they_o have_v serve_v for_o every_o twenty_o shilling_n which_o he_o or_o they_o do_v receive_v by_o his_o and_o their_o respective_a practice_n and_o profession_n in_o one_o year_n allow_v to_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n of_o the_o several_a profession_n aforesaid_a one_o three_o part_n out_o of_o such_o money_n as_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v so_o receive_v in_o their_o respective_a practice_n and_o profession_n for_o and_o towards_o the_o charge_n and_o expense_n occasion_v by_o his_o or_o their_o attendance_n upon_o his_o or_o their_o practice_n or_o profession_n aforesaid_a and_o all_o and_o or_o so_o repute_v inhabit_v or_o reside_v within_o this_o kingdom_n and_o above_o the_o age_n of_o one_o and_o twenty_o year_n the_o sum_n of_o five_o pound_n every_o widow_n respective_o according_a to_o her_o husband_n degree_n â—â—dow_n â—â—dow_n shall_v pay_v the_o three_o part_n rate_v by_o this_o act_n upon_o that_o degree_n of_o which_o the_o husband_n of_o such_o wife_n be_v in_o his_o life-time_n gentleman_n gentleman_n and_o every_o gentleman_n or_o repute_v gentleman_n above_o the_o age_n of_o sixtéen_a year_n the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n estate_n proviso_n for_o gentleman_n not_o have_v 300_o l._n estate_n provide_v always_o that_o every_o gentleman_n have_v a_o estate_n of_o the_o value_n of_o three_o hundred_o pound_n or_o more_o shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n though_o he_o be_v a_o minor_a under_o the_o age_n of_o one_o and_o twenty_o year_n and_o no_o gentleman_n not_o have_v such_o a_o estate_n and_o shall_v thereof_o make_v oath_n before_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o the_o respective_a commissioner_n shall_v be_v charge_v with_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o twenty_o shilling_n in_o respect_n of_o his_o title_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o person_n and_o person_n within_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n dominion_n of_o wales_n and_o town_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n who_o at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o execution_n of_o this_o act_n degree_n order_n rank_n and_o degree_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o several_a order_n rank_n or_o degree_n hereafter_o mention_v shall_v to_o the_o purpose_n aforesaid_a pay_v the_o several_a sum_n of_o money_n hereafter_o in_o this_o act_n set_v down_o and_o appoint_v bishop_n archbishop_n bishop_n that_o be_v to_o say_v every_o person_n of_o the_o order_n and_o degree_n of_o a_o archbishop_n shall_v pay_v the_o sum_n of_o fifty_o pound_n every_o person_n of_o the_o order_n and_o degree_n of_o a_o bishop_n the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n dean_n dean_n every_o person_n of_o the_o degree_n of_o a_o dean_n of_o any_o cathedral_n or_o collegiate_n church_n shall_v pay_v the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n archdeacon_n archdeacon_n every_o person_n of_o the_o degree_n of_o a_o archdeacon_n shall_v pay_v the_o sum_n of_o forty_o
