these_o member_n to_o be_v condemn_v to_o death_n be_v by_o they_o afterward_o pardon_v the_o next_o hour_n even_o by_o â—â—ese_n who_o pardon_v he_o may_v be_v put_v to_o death_n a_o estate_n of_o land_n a_o office_n or_o other_o power_n or_o authority_n be_v by_o these_o man_n give_v for_o life_n or_o in_o fee_n be_v it_o as_o strong_a and_o full_a as_o word_n can_v express_v it_o neither_o that_o nor_o any_o other_o act_n of_o these_o tyrant_n bind_v one_o minute_n long_o than_o they_o please_v and_o all_o this_o consonant_n to_o these_o their_o new_a principle_n for_o these_o man_n tell_v we_o their_o will_n be_v the_o law_n we_o have_v no_o other_o judge_n upon_o earth_n either_o in_o soul_n or_o body_n say_v they_o but_o themselves_o far_o otherwise_o it_o be_v with_o the_o people_n of_o this_o nation_n under_o the_o king_n the_o king_n neither_o have_v nor_o claim_v power_n to_o tax_v the_o people_n or_o impose_v upon_o their_o estate_n but_o as_o the_o know_a law_n permit_v when_o the_o king_n have_v once_o make_v his_o grant_n either_o of_o land_n office_n power_n or_o authority_n he_o be_v conclude_v he_o can_v recall_v it_o or_o take_v to_o himself_o any_o
