judicature_n but_o what_o have_v a_o special_a warrant_n from_o christ_n law_n &_o testament_n 2._o this_o be_v a_o church_n judicature_n have_v its_o rise_n power_n &_o commission_n only_o from_o the_o king_n &_o the_o king_n grant_v this_o power_n to_o this_o commission_n &_o authorize_v this_o court_n by_o virtue_n of_o his_o royal_a prerogative_n over_o all_o person_n and_o in_o all_o cause_n as_o well_o ecclesiastic_a as_o civil_a so_o that_o none_o can_v acknowledge_v this_o court_n but_o withal_o they_o must_v acknowledge_v the_o king_n prerogative_n royal_a &_o supremacy_n in_o all_o cause_n &_o over_o all_o person_n &_o particular_o they_o must_v acknowledge_v that_o pure_a &_o proper_a church_n power_n do_v proper_o reside_v in_o the_o person_n of_o the_o supreme_a
