arbitrary_a government_n so_o that_o in_o short_a it_o be_v the_o best_a way_n to_o give_v none_o but_o be_v this_o the_o way_n to_o satisfy_v the_o king_n that_o if_o he_o trust_v the_o people_n he_o shall_v have_v any_o thing_n yes_o if_o we_o be_v satisfy_v with_o the_o term_n on_o which_o we_o part_v with_o our_o money_n how_o can_v this_o be_v when_o you_o be_v assure_v by_o the_o noble_a peer_n that_o make_v what_o term_n you_o will_v they_o will_v be_v void_a before_o easber_n there_o be_v a_o passage_n in_o the_o next_o paragraph_n which_o i_o dare_v not_o transcribe_v and_o therefore_o shall_v conclude_v by_o protest_v that_o i_o mean_v well_o and_o that_o if_o it_o be_v not_o reason_n which_o i_o here_o offer_v to_o the_o noble_a peer_n speech_n i_o can_v at_o the_o
