xx._n this_o act_n shall_v not_o restrain_v the_o jurisdiction_n of_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n howbeit_o none_o shall_v be_v punish_v here_o for_o one_o offence_n xxi_o stat._n 1_o el._n 1._o every_o minister_n shall_v use_v the_o church-service_n in_o such_o form_n as_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o book_n of_o common-prayer_n establish_v by_o 5._o 6_o e._n 6.1_o together_o with_o the_o addition_n of_o certain_a lesson_n to_o be_v use_v on_o every_o sunday_n in_o the_o year_n and_o the_o form_n of_o the_o litany_n alter_v and_o correct_v and_o two_o sentence_n only_o add_v in_o the_o delivery_n of_o sacrament_n to_o communicant_n xxii_o if_o any_o minister_n shall_v be_v convict_v by_o the_o verdict_n of_o twelve_o man_n his_o own_o confession_n or_o notorious_a evidence_n of_o the_o fact_n to_o have_v refuse_v to_o use_v the_o church-service_n or_o to_o have_v use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n form_n or_o manner_n then_o be_v set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o to_o have_v deprave_v the_o same_o book_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v he_o shall_v forfeit_v be_v a_o benefice_a man_n fon_n the_o first_o offence_n one_o whole_a year_n profit_v of_o all_o his_o spiritual_a promotion_n and_o suffer_v fix_v month_n imprisonment_n for_o the_o second_o shall_v be_v deprive_v ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la whereupon_o every_o patron_n may_v present_v and_o shall_v suffer_v one_o whole_a year_n imprisonment_n and_o for_o the_o three_o shall_v be_v also_o deprive_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o suffer_v imprisonment_n during_o life_n and_o if_o he_o be_v not_o benefice_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n he_o shall_v suffer_v one_o whole_a year_n imprisonment_n and_o for_o the_o second_o imprisonment_n duong_v life_n xxiii_o if_o any_o shall_v be_v convict_v to_o have_v by_o interlude_n play_n song_n rhyme_n or_o otherwise_o deprave_v the_o say_a book_n or_o to_o have_v compel_v or_o procure_v the_o minister_n to_o sing_v or_o say_v any_o other_o church-service_n or_o in_o any_o other_o form_n then_o as_o aforesaid_a or_o by_o any_o such_o mean_n have_v interrupt_v or_o let_v the_o minister_n to_o sing_v or_o say_v the_o say_a service_n they_o shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n forfeit_v 100_o mark_n to_o the_o queen_n or_o that_o not_o pay_v within_o six_o week_n after_o conviction_n shall_v suffer_v instead_o thereof_o six_o month_n imprisonment_n for_o the_o second_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v 400_o mark_n or_o that_o not_o pay_v within_o six_o week_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v suffer_v one_o whole_a year_n imprisonment_n and_o for_o the_o three_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o suffer_v imprisonment_n during_o life_n xxiv_o every_o person_n shall_v resort_v to_o their_o parish_n church_n or_o upon_o let_v thereof_o to_o some_o other_o every_o sunday_n and_o holiday_n upon_o pain_n to_o be_v punish_v by_o censure_n of_o the_o church_n and_o also_o to_o forfeit_v 12_o d._n to_o be_v levy_v by_o the_o churchwarden_n there_o for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o poor_a upon_o the_o offender_n good_n by_o way_n of_o distress_n xxv_o justice_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n and_o of_o assize_n and_o mayor_n and_o head-officer_n of_o corporation_n have_v power_n to_o hear_v and_o determine_v these_o offence_n unto_o who_o the_o archbishop_n or_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n may_v associate_v himself_o if_o he_o please_v howbeit_o note_v that_o by_o the_o statute_n of_o 23_o el._n 1._o justice_n of_o peace_n have_v also_o power_n to_o meddle_v therein_o which_o see_v in_o title_n crown_n xxvi_o none_o shall_v be_v impeach_v by_o this_o act_n unless_o the_o offence_n be_v present_v at_o the_o next_o session_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n or_o assize_n after_o it_o be_v commit_v and_o here_o trial_n of_o a_o peer_n shall_v be_v by_o peer_n xxvii_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o restrain_v ecclesiastical_a jurisdiction_n howbeit_o none_o shall_v be_v punish_v twice_o for_o one_o offence_n xxviii_o such_o ornament_n and_o minister_n of_o the_o church_n shall_v be_v retain_v as_o be_v to_o be_v in_o the_o church_n of_o england_n by_o the_o statute_n of_o 2._o 3_o el._n 6.1_o until_o the_o queen_n shall_v take_v other_o order_n by_o the_o advice_n of_o commissioner_n by_o she_o to_o be_v appoint_v under_o the_o great_a seal_n or_o by_o the_o advice_n of_o the_o metropolitan_a of_o this_o realm_n xxix_o if_o any_o contempt_n or_o irreverence_n be_v use_v in_o the_o
