give_v but_o a_o ill_a account_n to_o god_n of_o the_o manage_n of_o the_o sword_n wherewith_o he_o be_v instruct_v the_o other_o canon_n be_v the_o last_o canon_n against_o vexatious_a citation_n wherein_o they_o seem_v to_o have_v some_o sense_n of_o the_o great_a grievance_n that_o poor_a people_n lie_v under_o by_o occasion_n of_o vexatious_a citation_n and_o molestation_n in_o ecclesiastical_a court_n and_o i_o very_o believe_v that_o there_o be_v not_o a_o great_a oppression_n in_o the_o whole_a kingdom_n upon_o the_o poor_a sort_n of_o people_n than_o that_o which_o proceed_v out_o of_o these_o court_n but_o now_o sir_n let_v we_o see_v what_o provision_n they_o have_v make_v against_o it_o by_o this_o canon_n they_o say_v because_o great_a grievance_n may_v fall_v upon_o people_n by_o citation_n upon_o pretence_n only_o of_o the_o breach_n of_o that_o law_n without_o any_o presentment_n or_o any_o other_o just_a ground_n that_o no_o citation_n ground_v only_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v issue_v out_o except_o it_o be_v under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o the_o chancellor_n commissary_n archdeacon_n or_o other_o competent_a judge_n so_o that_o if_o there_o be_v any_o sense_n in_o these_o word_n though_o there_o be_v no_o presentment_n at_o all_o nor_o any_o other_o just_a ground_n yet_o a_o citation_n may_v issue_v out_o so_o it_o be_v under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o the_o chancellor_n commissary_n or_o other_o competent_a judge_n and_o the_o party_n shall_v not_o be_v discharge_v without_o pay_v his_o fee_n nor_o have_v any_o
